14-For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15- Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, 16- That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; 17- That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, 18- May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; 19-And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. Ephesians 3:14-19
Christ is the ultimate example for all Christians to learn how to live a life of love and compassion, but He is also the best example of how to be a man. When a man follows Christ, he becomes a better version of himself in all things, including: emotion, mental, physical, social & spiritual strengths.
21-For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps: 22- Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth: 23- Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously: 24-Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. 25-For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls. 1 Peter 2:21-25
